On Spike TV next week....

-- THE ULTIMATE GAMER: SOCOM 3
Premieres Thursday, October 6 (10:30 - 11:00 PM, ET/PT); encores Saturday, October 8 (Midnight - 12:30 AM, ET/PT), Sunday, October 9 (10:00 - 10:30 AM, ET/PT), Tuesday, October 11 (1:00 - 1:30 AM, ET/PT) and Saturday, October 15 (12:30 - 1:00 AM, ET/PT).

Spike TV combs the nation to find one guy who will be crowned the "Ultimate Gamer" for SOCOM 3. The lucky winner will have the opportunity to meet the creators of SOCOM 3, simulate a real special ops mission, and destroy a weapons pile all while Spike TV's team decks out their room in the style befitting of the "Ultimate Gamer."

It was in one of the eseals newsletter....they were looking for someone in the LA area, so they didn't have to travel far.

Thanks, [SS] Chief...for the info! It's really gonna be hectic after October 11th...lot's of people calling in sick from work, etc. (just to play this game!) I remember what happened, when Socom 2 came out...well, this is gonna be much, much worse! ~ lol
