SS forums

We may be going offline for a day or two while we switch hosting companies. Cyberwebhosting is for shit.

ipowerweb.com 40gb per month, 400 email accounts, and 800 mgb of space for $8 a month.

Save any big important posts for after the move.

Thanks.

Rator (or anybody for that matter), what or how much is a mgb? Does that stand for MegaGigaByte?

If it was a type-o, I feel stupid.

So I can let my boss know when my productivity will increase and then when it will go back down to normal? LOL Wish SONY/Zipper would go down for a few days to make things better for us too while we are away from our site................................ you know "since the Sea Snipers are down lets improve everything for their return" LMAO

random info on the subject of abreviations...:

1 bit
1 byte = 8 bits
1 kb = 1,024 bytes 2^10 bytes
1 mB = 1,048,576 bytes 2^20 bytes
1 gB = 1,024 megabytes 2^30 bytes
1 terabyte = 1,024 gigabytes 2 ^ 40 bytes

now, if you want to talk RAM..... j/k

I'd be glad to help w/ any computer stuff. Even though Rator is pro, I'm taking AP Computer Science and might be fresh on it. Just dont ask me to read out hex dumps .

Sincerely, Maelos

LMAO, That's what I was thinking Rator. Relax everyone. It's no big deal. I do like what CJ said. Mega Giga Byte. How much is that anyway? That would be like 800 Terabyte.
