I knew a girl who lived in Alaska for like 15 years...I am always jealous of that fact. I need to go there.

We stayed outside Anchorage in an area called Peter's Creek.
We skied at the Alyeska Ski Resort in Girdwood south of Anchorage. The have an incredible hotel there called the Alyeska Prince Hotel. Very, Very, Very NICE!!! Here's the link to the resort: http://www.alyeskaresort.com/ |
