360 Newbie

Have you made one yet? If so I have no idea why it doesn't show up.

I made the avatar complete with a hat. On my profile the avatar shape is there but it's not filled out. It's probably something I'm doing wrong or haven't done at all. I'm such a newb.

here is the thing Tagger, if you have background DLs on, its probably done already, your system doesnt have to be on.

Oh, I asked because the message on Xbox.com read that the download would occur the next time I powered my system on. I guess that's a default answer though. That's pretty sweet. I'm downloading a bunch of stuff while I sit here and "work". Sweet!

It's all good. I did check and saw that I've got about a dozen downloads lined up in the que. Maybe I just thought I enabled background downloads.....have to check that again. Sooner or later I'll get around to actually playing a game on this console. Damn, there's a lot of content to check out!

Thanks for all the tips. I may trade in some old PS3 titles for a copy of CoDW@W. I've got a few I rarely touch. Primarily, I use my PS3 for racing and W@W with my brothers. But, they both own 360's already. All three of us are cheating with the same woman?! wth?! Anyway, thanks again and see you online.

Well Tagger, I would add you, but I caught the RRoD disease earlier this month and died and I don't currently have the money to fix it. If I get it fixed, I'll be sure to add you.

Call MS @ 1 800 4 MY XBOX. Tell them you got the RRoD and you want them to fix it, they should send you a empty pre paid box to send it to them. You havent had it that long, they should fix it for free...

i dont think they send the box anymore, you have to ship it yourself.

I bought it used= no warranty
