It's a suitable caliber for deer hunting. People buy the AK's and SKS's for hunting cause they're cheap and decent field rifles.
Usually the local DNR will require you to use a 5 shot magazine for hunting. Most AK/SKS/AR's/etc. ship with 5-rounders for this purpose. At any rate, he should have been USING THE SAFETY. Who hikes in the woods, all chambered up, without the safety on?             Keep your ears buttered up while I set fire to the rain! |

Yea that sucks. Grift and I don't realize that AKs are normally used because we live in the land of trying to buy a gun is a bitch.

Yeah that sux for you but look at it this way. Would you want the people in Southern CA to be able to purchase AKs?

Don't forget, the good citizens in Southern CA need a way to defend themselves from the giant criminal contingent. What better way than an AK?

I agree, I think we should all be able to get everything we want. I want a flame thrower for cleaning up the leaves in Fall time.
