I did end up watching this on Saturday. I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. I guess I expected more. I recommend this as a DVD rental/buy as apposed to a theater movie.

Also I did end up watching it in 3D, and yup...BIG waste of money. That article AEJustin1 posted was right on the money. The 3d effects were rather annoying to me. Only a few scenes (short ones) actually had true 3d effects. 90% of the movie had stupid 3D effects that looked more like double layer than 3D. Especially the people. It looked like the actors had a slightly fatter/larger double standing right behind them mimicking there movements. Or a cardboard cutout right behind them. It was annoying and a waste of money. I bet the movie is better in 2D.

I saw "how to train your dragon" in 3D and THAT one was awesome in 3D, and a very good movie. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
