Yea, there is in-game footage and prerendered video. In-game footage usually has first person view and crosshairs, prerendered vids usually dont have xhairs and the characters look real. And yea i think EVERYTHING in the FP vid is prerendered. I dont know if the game actually has playable vehicles tho.
