random info on the subject of abreviations...:

1 bit
1 byte = 8 bits
1 kb = 1,024 bytes 2^10 bytes
1 mB = 1,048,576 bytes 2^20 bytes
1 gB = 1,024 megabytes 2^30 bytes
1 terabyte = 1,024 gigabytes 2 ^ 40 bytes

now, if you want to talk RAM..... j/k

I'd be glad to help w/ any computer stuff. Even though Rator is pro, I'm taking AP Computer Science and might be fresh on it. Just dont ask me to read out hex dumps
