"real-life" -- you know some of us have to have real jobs and take care of the adult responsibilities! Actually, I just try to take care of Snake and Snake Jr. to the best of my ability...that takes quite a bit of my time. The rest of it is spent searching for the true meaning of life! Real Life sucks it has gotten many horrible reviews.

You guys must have gotten a bad copy of that one, because my copy RAWKS! The best part is that you have full control of your every movement and thought. You can do whatever you set your mind to and you can say whatever you feel like saying...that's right your character actually speaks! You can even take snapshots with a separate camera and upload them to your character's internal memory to be recalled at anytime! When you make a mistake though, it's not too easy to correct sometimes. It takes lots of work to work out some of the puzzles and problems that are presented. Plus, if you're lucky enough, you can find a great partner to help you out with all of the tasks that come along! The rewards for helping your partner out are much better than any badge you might win in other games! :O

You can't pause Socom when you're playing online either. And as for the save part, I think the main server has a pretty hefty memory for saving details! Plus, it's always a work in progress anyway...constantly building on the thing before. As far as respawn goes, well that's all dependant upon what religious affiliation you select for your character. winksmiley

But there is no respawn or restart like mackdaddy said, so if you f*** up you are screwed for the rest of the game.
