You know, at first I thought that they were showing a clip of someone dying (the guy getting sucked into the jet), but I found out later that the guy actually survived. He was just spit out the other end! No seriously though, he did survive from what I've been told. Apparently, jets have a wire gate tucked into the air intake to prevent birds (and humans I guess) from being sucked into the engine and damaging it. In this instance, the jet stalled due to lack of oxygen. I'm not sure what happed to the guy, or how bad he was hurt though.

Yeah I saw the clip of the guys being sucked into the jet engine on Spike TV. He said when he was sucked in it most of his clothes off and that slowed the engine down enough so it would not pull him in, then he just held on for dear life until they turned it off. He was lucky as hell!!!
